14 March 2001 – People's Food Holdings Limited was successfully listed on the Main Board of ”The Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited” (SGX).

28 October 2002 – People's Food Holdings Limited was successfully listed on the Main Board of “The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited” (HKSE).

12 May 2005 – Pine Agritech Limited, an associate company, was successfully listed on the Main Board of SGX.
